Each field lab provides 2–3 site visits to the Center during the school year, with all transportation costs provided by grant funding.

Programs can be customized to fit your classroom needs, but will include:

• Staff assistance in linking the field labs to your curriculum
• Small group work on site led by staff and trained volunteers
• On-site data collection relevant to your investigations
• Pre- and post-visit curriculum materials to prepare your students in advance and extend their field investigations back in the classroom
• Correlation with Missouri and Illinois curriculum standards
